Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP)
A Coordinating Registered Professional is a licensed architect or engineer who takes responsibility for coordinating all registered professionals on a project. This role is required by building codes in many jurisdictions when a project involves more than one registered professional.
As CRP, we manage the process from permitting to occupancy, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and municipal regulations. We lead consultant collaboration, oversee code-related documentation, and act as the primary liaison between clients, project teams, and authorities. Our CRP service helps maintain alignment, control timelines, and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
Space Audits & Measured Surveys
