Daniel grew up in a construction family in Victoria, BC. During his formative years, he enjoyed playing a number of sports and went on to play competitive hockey where he honed his leadership and teamwork skills. He studied Architectural and Building Sciences Technology at BCIT in Vancouver and began his career working for first tier ICI contractors and a full-service design firm that provided him a breadth of experience on large institutional, government, municipal, and residential projects throughout BC. An opportunity to grow the Island branch while completing two $40M+ institutional projects along with a three-year, $100M+ mixed-use project brought Daniel back to Victoria with his family.
